It’s bonfire night tonight, fun times. I don’t mind it to be honest, though I’m not entirely sure a night celebrating the near destruction of Parliament and probably Britain's heritage is a good thing. If it’d been destroyed, I really do wonder how things would have been different…

Would we have been invaded by a differing country? I doubt we’d have Big-Ben, or a legal system quite as extensive as our current one.

We definitely wouldn’t have bonfire night…or would we be celebrating the actual destruction of Parliament? Oh well…I suppose we can’t read too much into these things…I would like to know, however, why people insist on lighting fireworks during the day, most…annoying…It’s not like you can even see them! All the noise with no pretty colours…Be like a Chevrolet Corvette with no body work….
